Clos du Tremblay Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

This doesn't get nearly the play of the Gang of Four, but it seems to deliver more vintages than not.

Mossy nose. Low acid. Very neutral palate. Completely unconventional gamay. Silky and subdued. Slightly jammy with mild fruitiness. Subtle dry finish.

Drank it at Vesta Dipping Grill.
