Full bodied aged Chardonnay with butter, baked apple, and pear. Not as crisp and focused as younger vintages but equally enjoyable; particularly with spicy food. Cheers.

coconut milk, melon, guava, and fennel. creamy and fresh with a fair amount of soft oak, and a bit of spice to add allure - maybe cardamom and hint of clove? paired nicely with some cedar plank grilled salmon. i'd also try an asparagus risotto
