Happy Easter!! Medium gold color. Lemongrass, melons, and subtle oak on the nose. Massive melons on the palate with subtle butter and huge depth. Medium plus finish. This is a huge wine. Reminds me of William Fevre White Burgs.

This is fabulous! It kept getting better throughout the entire evening. Notes of lemon curd, pastry, ginger, and a hint of toasted marshmallow. Best served on the warmer side.
