Cuvée Agustina Richard Dinner Vineyard Chardonnay

Just a little something something to prep my palate before the Festivities began! Solid Chardonnay but I expected more.
On the fun side!: Blind tasting three wines tonight with friends: 2013 Beau Vigne Estate, 2014 Becklyn Reserve & 2013 Morlet Coeur de Vallee. Can't wait to dig in to those 3 bad boys!!!

So damn good. Ages extremely well. Drinking great now but still has 10+ years left!

A lot of Chards taste the same or very similar, this is definitely unique

WTF, is it me or ever since vinous bought this site, they can't identify a wine to save their ass. Anyway, obviously from the picture, this is a 2012 Paul Hobbs Cuvée Agustina, Richard Dinner Vineyard Chardonnay. It is terrific! Great balance and acid. It has a lot of bottle life left. Taste one now and left the rest sit for another 5-10 years.

Very strong effort. A lot of structure and depth.
