Je crois que je n'avais jamais goûté de Voĺbay avant. Eh ben c'est bon! Je l'ai accompagné d'un sanglier mariné. Ça va bien ensemble. La légèreté du vin contre balançait très bien les arômes de la viande. Belle expérience.
