I was able to attend another Wednesday Wine Committee this week and it did not disappoint (they never do). As normal, all wines are tasted blind (1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert).
While I guessed this correctly, it was more due to understanding the theme at this point (WA roussanne) than truly pegging it blind, but this is very good. Mango, dried apricot, golden raisin. Tiny bit of orange marmalade and mint. Who knew WA could churn out such incredible sparkling, white, red AND dessert wine?!

Very sweet, almost raiseny with a mouth feel of light syrup. No detectable depth.

Golden honey color , rich and pineapple apricot. Balanced acid but you should expect a mouth full of sugar... Not in a happy place about this one
