Another fabulous selection from the Lady of the Loire, Pascaline Lepeltier. A bit of a funky, rustic Cabernet Franc that had a lot more going on than the lighter-bodied, red fruited expressions you often get with this variety. Paired beautifully with duck. Excellent.
