Colline Couzou Côte-Rôtie Syrah

Really classic wine. On the nose, meat, pepper and dark fruit. In the mouth, dark fruit, cracked pepper, rare beef and iron. Good acid. Long finish. Needs years or lots of time. Quite nice.

Way too young but plenty to deliver after decanting. There is the richness of the vintage with a strong underlying tension and freshness.
