Wonderful balanced Burgundy Pinot. Vibrant, grippy cranberry, dark cherry fruit, portabella mushroom and earthy, wet forest floor under notes. Excellent match with my savory, yellow mashed potatoes (nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper) and Tammy’s fresh cranberry relish.
