Served a bit chilled, like most wines in this part of Africa (both white and red), so I took it for a spin on the terrace in the heat of the savanna. Over the course of a two-hour lunch--always recommended--I hoped this would emerge into a soulful or lyrical dancer, but it was a march without passion.
