This wine could have been great. The flavor and structure are all there. It is well built and a bracing slap across the face. But then it slips away before you've really gotten to know it.

Cool crispy and refreshing with notes of pear apple and floral.. Hot day in SF .. Chilled bottle of this wine, doing fine! Paired with chicken pâté and crab gazpacho.
