Finally a good example of this bottle in my hand
It's very red wine like somehow
I mean if i could pair it with food it would go with either mushrooms or black truffle perhaps with Kiwi lamb it'd be wonderful too
Fine bubble too
I must admit i love their millesimé too
I highly recommend it

Still not convinced
I believe both bottles had a problem
It was again as sparkling as a prosecco, but with good flavour
Not good enough anyway
I dunno if i will review again though
