This is a great value Burg, far better on the second day. At first quite rustic on the nose with an almost overbearing oakiness, but this soon dismantled, revealing chocolate notes with strawberry and light red fruit. Savoury, with strong grapefruit-like acidity, finishing well.

Ljus, saftig men med lite lite strävhet. Kanske väl mycket jordgubb/tomat eftersmak.
