Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

Needs to open up for an hour or two

Not fully on board the Pinot train however this was quite delicious. Composed of strawberries, raspberries, floral notes followed by vanilla and medium acidity/minerality. Had hints of leather/earth. For me, this was a complex, red fruit dominant Pinot, that was quite expressive.

There was a lot of acidity that dissipated after letting it breathe for 1-2 hours. Taste of fruit with hints of pepper, light on the mouth feel but makes up for it in mineral subtlety. Could drink this those days...

Really lovely, Black fruit Gevrey power so with a fresh spicey and earthy but clean element

Youngest ever. Bourgogne nouveau! Sans soufre. Full of red ripe clean fruit. Very pleasant.

Nice Pinot. 2010 drank in 2016. Smooth
