This might be my favorite white wine I’ve ever had. Grassy, sophisticated, refreshing, flavorful as hell, and a little bit luxurious. Almost creamy, like a kusshi oyster. In fact, a bottle of this and a couple dozen of oysters would be 100% heavenly.
