As always great Priorat at a great price. Full bodied, smooth and concentrated. Good with thick pork chops at Ibiza Houston.

Super dark and at first glance would look to be acidic, but very smooth for a Granache. Slight tannic kick, more like a gentle tap. Tobacco and dark fruit: plum, fig and dark cherry. But a bottle now!

Rip your teeth off. Tannic, hot. Granite and slate. Dusty. Highest vineyard in Priorat

Taste oak and char right away. Very high tannins. After we sent it though an aerator it opened up nicely to reveal black cherry and chocolate.

Really takes you through a journey...in a good way.

Definitely grabbing this one again soon.
