A cloudy mid yellow. A spicy peppery “dirty socks” nose. A Touch of VA. Not the fruit juice notes of the other natural wines we’ve had recently and more enjoyable IMO. Minerally, silty, and quite saline on the palate. A good Spanish natural wine made from the Macabeu grape.
