I was underwhelmed - definitely not for me, but what a cool bottle and design! ••• Yeasty at first opening of the bouteille, smells dusty and juicy with a faint fresh soil smell. Tastes: Grapefruit rind. Dusty cranberries. It’s supposed to be sparkly but ours was flat - so sad! Medium body. Tart. Medium-high acid.
