It's Cabernet and delectable doesn't identify it correctly, ugh. Well balanced, nice fruit, great structure.

Light, fresh, nicely acidic with lemons, green apples, and honeydew melon. Perfect with mayonnaise based salad dressing and a hit at the table.

Nice surprise with this smooth Cabernet. Nice fruit, vanilla and finish. Small production and only sold at Winery but look for increased production and distribution soon. Too good to be limited.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is the first Cab by Parmeson Wines and they hit it out of the park. Smooth, balanced, not over oaked but powerful with lingering bouquet on long hedonistic finish. A solid "Wow" wine in me cellar.

Citrus rind, burnt kindling, and touch of lavender on the nose. Graphite, meyer lemon, roses and stem, and hint of grapefruit. Dances on the tongue, but doesn't coat the mouth. Would dance even better with fat, brine, and salt.
