I will maintain this is the greatest of SoCal Cab Sauv. Velvety and rich. Smooth and deserving of praise.

An amazing Cab from Temecula. Spice, raspberry and some plum favors. Great with Tri Tip off the grill , we are a Palumbo fan

Opens up with dust and stewed fruit (but not yet "prune-y") and hints of spice. In the mouth, dark and broody. With that dust and spice coming back with a vengeance on the finish. Mouth-dryingly tannic still and yet oh-so-velvety-smooth!

Just pulled this beauty out to help start the holiday weekend right, and I am SOOO glad I did! Dusty earth on the nose gives way to dark chocolate covered cherries on the palate. Smooth finish of baking cocoa and hints of baking spices. So glad I still have another couple bottles for later.

Very smooth and silky mouthfeel. Hints of tobacco and leather, but notes of dark fruits predominate, especially prunes and dried figs. This is a delicious dark fruit-forward wine.
