Sour citric nose, yeasty body with dry sour grapefruit acidic taste.

Tastes like walking through a garden of fresh cut grass post summer sunshower, with strong aromas of peony and rose curving through the air. Rhubarb pie on the palate, but without the concentrated sweetness such a pie would entail. Very dry with bracing acidity. Very cool wine for welcoming the fall weather.
