Palacio de Bornos
Fermentado en Barrica Rueda Verdejo

A verdejo which reminds me of oak aged white Bordeaux. The nose shows vanilla and green apple notes along with some citrusy touches. The palate is showing a great acid drive, some vanilla touches, some citrus too. There is a bit of a texture with the oak aging which adds a bit of complexity. The finish is long and fresh and quite crisp. It's not exactly why I usually expect from a verdejo but it's a nice wine.
