Joven Roble Ribera del Duero Tempranillo Blend

This is 100% Tempranillo from a great producer in Ribera the entry level wine from this producer

Oh yeah this is good stuff!!!!

Fruit-forward. Full of cherry, with muddled hints of leather and meat. The acid is strong, if not overwhelming, and the finish is thin. Am disappointed given the Parker rating. But that would hardly be the first time on the Spanish front.

Great wine at a great price. I am not much of a connoisseur but this wine has a good body and a good flavor

The whole brand is good...this as a Tempranillo is one of the best..smooth, fragrant and gentle...superb

Vino joven pero de buen cuerpo

100% Tempranillo. Nice pepper notes over aromas redolent of fresh blackberry torte with a touch of vanilla. Oak is well integrated, but takes a back seat to the fruit, as it should, IMO. Black cherry and raspberry on the palate, with a silky texture and excellent tannin/acid/alc balance. 13.5% abv. Fresh, not jammy, with a great finish, it is food friendly and delicious.
