Great rendition of Tempranillo from Ribera. Very dense, intense aroma of dark fruits and spices, rich body with depth and tannin structure. Balanced acidity to support generous black fruit flavor with notes of vanilla, smokiness, licorice and sweet spices. Lingering velvety finish. Takes 6 hours to open up fully.

I loved the 2010 so couldn’t wait to try the €66 2009 that I nabbed from @gabymeetswine @vilaviniteca 😁 Again in a lovely box & a delicious wine that’s softer than the 2010 but yumbags 👍 If you want oomph (I’m talking slap on the bottom) go 2010 if you want elegance (Like a silky butt massage) go 2009 😉
