This is a very young, Cabernet Sauvignon based red blend, from Oak Knoll District in Napa Valley. Already showing nice complexity and balance. Elegant and tasty with a smooth mouthfeel.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Showing blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, coke, light alcohol, cedar, spices, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs and black pepper.
Nice finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Needed a few hours to open up properly, which I didn't have, as it finished too quickly.
Still young and would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Rich and powerful. Smooth and elegant.
A blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with some Syrah. Kosher and Mevushal.
15.2% alcohol by volume.
