Nice but not dry Riesling (which isn't my preference). Floral tastes, a bit of citrus and minerality. Bought at Safeway for fairly cheap, maybe $10

Sufficient acidity to balance the light sweetness. This was a huge hit on the 4th. I love the price, & that its organic!
