An herbaceous note, some cat piss, kiwi and lemon grass. This is textbook sauvignon blanc from NZ. The palate is mostly noticeable by its very strong acid drive, wirh some kiwi and lemony touches. There is a tiny sweet spot in the mid palate and some strong grip before a laser-beam of a finish with a zingy acid drive and some lemony and under ripe kiwi notes. It's probably to acidic for most people but I have a sweet spot for acid drive currently so that's fitting.
