Drank more like a good, dry hard cider than a wine - could not believe it was Cayuga & Seyval Blanc. Refreshingly different. (Part of a matched tasting at Persimmon, Bristol, RI.)

This is sparkling lemonade in the best way possible. Of course it's actually wine. Tart, bright, and reminiscent of cider in it's smoothness, it begs for summer.
