Sweet and Very Enjoyable

Last bottle of a case. End of summer. Just as enjoyable. Almost clear. Very crisp. Grapefruit and minerals. Good acidity. Summer at the beach in a glass. Excellent with clams, crabs, and corn.

Consistent with other notes. Pale yellow, almost clear. A bit cloudy. Very crisp. Grapefruit, lemongrass, and a mouthful of ocean water, in a good and refreshing way. Drinking through the 6 we bought.

Again, consistent with earlier notes. Pours cloudy. Clears up and gets a good bit of citrus and acidity balanced with a broth of minerality. Quickly drinking through the 6 pack.

Yet again. Bought a bunch. Natural wine. Almost like grapefruit juice on the pour. Clears up and opens up with air. Loads of citrus and a good quaff of clams broth and sea shells. Perfect with steamers.
