2010. Amber wine made in qvevri. A glimpse into the origins of wine. Not for wine snobs. Perfect for bold drinking pleasure.

Go Georgia. Lost in translation. Tasty though.

Split on this wine. It's sort of a caricature of orange wine showing all the hallmarks but without soul. Ruddy orange color with chunky sediment. Aromas of persimmon and oxidative walnut skin. Tannins clamp down hard on the palate. Acid is med-low.

Tons of texture, savory & enough consonants to easily mistake for a red. cc @joecampanale

Smoky traces of qvevri beeswax. Can't wait for March Georgia trip!
