Sep 19th, 2015Really zippy and refreshing wine with high acidity and a bouncy mouthfeel. Great tropical and citrus fruit which balances the zing, along with just a hint of saline minerality. Lots going on without really feeling complex or too serious. Approachable wine, perfect for a hot day and seafood!

Still a very interesting wine, with a ripe peachy-pear nose and a spine of acidity on the palate. Salty. Works well with that beast of pairings, tomato sauce. Needs food to show at its best.
