This was my first experience of Palmero, and a nice vintage indeed. The tannins feel like they are battling the blackberries and clove for the top note of the wine. Feels like this is getting close to peaking in the next few years...

This might be a bad bottle. Bitter, not good fruit, tannic. It is 15.5 % alcohol.
