Completely opaque, hot and blowing off an insanely concentrated blast of confected blue/blackberry. Tried it periodically over 2 hours before it felt settled down and the tannins asserted. The structure is still a bit wobbly but eventually in come creme de cacao, black licorice, and even some charred bacon. Really rewarding wine to have watched unwind. Also entirely possible I’m a lush bc it’s 15.2%.
