Opolo Vineyards
Edna Valley Albariño

Not from Paso - this one's from Edna Valley to the south - and that's worth noting. The nose out does the palette here, with beautiful tropical fruits, grapefruit and wet rock. The palette isn't quite as impressive, missing out in those tropical fruits from the nose. You get a dry, medium minus acidity with quite a bit of earth and subtle stone fruit.
