Let this decant for 45 minutes and helped open up the flavors a bit more. Spice, leather, licorice, musty dark berries and mellowed tannins. Pizza night and this seemed to fit.

Apr 2nd, 2022Can’t get this rating over a 9 right now because this drinks like it is on the downhill slide. A 7 year Cab from Napa should have a bit more life but it feels like this has peaked and falling. I’ve got a couple more bottles and will likely drink them soon.
