Skin Fermented Suisun Valley Malvasia Bianca

Restrained and somewhat inexpressive. Given the quality of her pet nat from the same grape I expected more.

Sour, funky, and beautiful. Great American grown malvasia...and better yet they fermented the grapes with the skins! Complexity, texture, but not the usual orange wine hue. Very light and dry.

Party wine!
