Perle de Mer Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne

Muscadet is the bees knees although sans their honey. Crisp and citrus and there is a certain richness in there too but the acid and such cut through like a laser hellbent on establishing order in a lees-y world. Yay this. Wants fries. Or that is maybe just me.
