This is a great example of Burgundy that is well-made and a great value. Drinks like a baby Meursault. Nice weight and richness, leesy, ripe citrus notes, minerals, fresh. Acidity is a touch lower but creates a broad and open texture. Lovely with creamy cheese and cordon bleu

Visited this Domaine in 2001. Super solid wines. Plush, touch tropical, but nice texture and true St. Veran leesy richness. Thanks to Paul @recipe for having it on the list.
