Meyer lemon, lime zest, green apple, underripe pineapple, citrus blooms, white and yellow florals, crushed rock, saline, strong minerality on the long dry finish and crisp acidity. Good value in bourgogne level burgundy.

The overwhelming note is buttered popcorn. Some tropical fruits that were brought to New York long before they were ripe to sit on the shelf for months before selling, now gone a bit past. The sugars and acids are leaking at different rates. Pineapple especially. Still high acid. Everything is totally unbalanced and unraveling. Some spice and minerals. I just don’t like it, but it’s probably past it’s prime. A weird Asian fusion dish here. It’s been sitting on the shelf at my office for awhile and I wanted to drink it.
