Gérald Lafont and Baptiste Olivier are known throughout France as two of the Rhône Valley's top oenologists. A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah, dark fruit and flinty aromas. On the palate blackberry and cranberry flavors with floral spice tones wrapped in smooth tannins. Medium+ finish ending with s bright mineral character. Nice. Tasting Sample.

Musky bouquet. Spicy, black currants. A rich perfumed red broth of flavor and aroma.

Beautiful blackberries. Nice, smooth, supple mouthfeel.

Drinkable, yes. Flavorful and complex, yes. Good balance of tannic, slight astringency, fruit, and just a hint of tartness.

After a long day of writing, reading, running around the cold of NYC, this is a welcome red blend of bouquets of berries.

$23. Worth it.
