This French sparkling wine from the Loire valley costs $25 a bottle at total wine. We really enjoyed the Olema brut. This rosé is slightly sweet with lots of bubbles. It’s a nice change of pace, but if I’m going to spend 25 bucks, I would probably get the Olema brut instead.
