Really a decent wine at a decent price. Medium bodied, medium intensity of fruit with just enough tannin and acid to make it a pretty elegant food wine. Definitely a drink me now pleaser.

Nose of lavender, strawberry, cherry and topsoil. Well balanced palate of raspberry, cherry, black pepper. Very food friendly acidity and tannin. A playful homage to CdP and very effective.

God bless......like lavender laced mulberries and raspberries kissed with licorice root, all macerated by round stony CDP "galet roules". Traditional homage clothed playfully. As Jimmy Walker would say......dynomite!!!!!

Deep magenta color with dark stewed black cherry, plum, and strawberry with notes of black pepper, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Very rich with high tannins and medium + acid. Went well with a greasy burger. For a new world representation of CdP, they could have done way worse.
