The Cochon line from Odisea focuses on Rhone varietals in the heart of California wine country. The Whole Hog blend is a classic southern Rhone blend. Ripe black cherry, black raspberry and plums combined with white pepper, cocoa and savory spices with a hint of smoke. Have some with bbq this weekend! — 6 years ago

Deep magenta color with dark stewed black cherry, plum, and strawberry with notes of black pepper, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Very rich with high tannins and medium + acid. Went well with a greasy burger. For a new world representation of CdP, they could have done way worse. — 5 months ago
