Made by Emily McNally (Ron Laughton from Jasper Hill's daughter). Nose of Cherry Liqueur. Rich and earthy but not overly complex. No need to cellar further IMO. 16.5.

Unfortunately, past its prime! This is a great drop, but 6 years on it's flaccid, ripe and oxidized. Perfectly cellared, cork perfect, so pretty sure the 2011 is just past it's prime in 2017.

A beauty. Complex nose of cherries, leather, tobacco and menthol. Smooth taste - less fruit, more tobacco plus some pepper. Makes me want to smoke a pipe...
