May 7th, 2018This is very plummy and smooth. There are also some hints of berries, chocolate, and wet earth. But the fruit dominates, and it lacks the spice I'd expect in Syrah. It's very versatile with food. I had it with salmon and vegetables. Acidity and tannins are mild.
