This is an interesting Sparkling wine from West Sussex in England. This 6 year old drinks very differently than what I expected. Simple, earthy and intriguing.
Not necessarily my style, but interesting to try.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Aged for 36 months on its lees. Made in the Traditional Method.
