Full bodied dry red that smells like cherry and tastes like a sour cherry with a hint of pepper. The tannins are bearable but do leave the mouth a little dry. It doesn’t lock my jaw like some high tannin reds do. Medium acidity which probably give it its sour cherry taste. It pairs great with meat but not as well with pasta.
