Tastes exactly like the apothic red blend they also sell at TJs. Overpowering vanilla, tastes almost manufactured how much flavor’s in it. Fine for the price, good tannin, but too artificial for me.

Catchy label. Like a hipster album cover. Dark red. Smells too sweet. Like jam or fruit sauce. (Not that it’s sugary, more caramelized stuff & vanilla. Most likely from the excessive oak they used). Flavors in the mouth continue the trend of fruit forward, extra oak sauce. Reminds me of a blend of hot climate, uninspired Syrah and Merlotzin. This is a cheap, standard ‘Red Blend’ made to please the crowds. The lack of acid and flabby-ness sink the complexity, and leave one wanting. Damn label trickery worked its magic.
