2022/9. This had that harder, more herbaceous, darker note that some Alsatian pinot noir, for example, can display, and also had a brambly, wild note that reminded me of Alto Adige. It calmed a bit to reveal some sweet floral notes, and, yes indeed, went very well with Japanese dishes like grilled trout and marinated wakame.
