Granny Smith apples, honey and a creamy sweet cheese like mascarpone on the nose. Sharp acidity and very faint hint of vanilla on the finish. Didn't spend much time in oak if at all.

V14. Interesting apple pie like bouquet -fruit and spices which follow into the juice. Juicy Apple and pear with baking spices.
